  * Homemade trail mix consisting of almonds, walnuts, Crasins, dried cherries, rasins, & dried blueberries.
  ** Freeze dried meals divided and placed in 1 quart Zip-lock freezer bag before starting trip.  After pouring the correct amount of hot water in the Zip-lock bag and stirring, the zip lock bag is then placed into a clean freeze dried meal container for the suggested amount of time.
