TWO PEOPLE CITED FOR PROHIBITED CAMPING BY ROSEBURG POLICE EARLY WEDNESDAY

An RPD report said at 5:00 a.m. officers contacted a 58-year-old man and 49-year-old woman in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street.
