On day three I climb up to Bob Bald and then drop down to Fodderstack Trail in Citico Creek Wilderness and continue to the junction of Big Stack Gap Branch Trail where I camp for the third night. Sterling Ridge Trail and then a short distance on the Beech Gap Trail to Laurel Gap Shelter. On day three I take the Balsam Mountain Trail to Tricorner Knob Shelter. The fourth day takes the Appalachian Trail to Maddron Bald Trail down to Campsite #29.
